Today TSI has launched an all-new support portal in order to provide our customers with an even higher level of responsiveness and care. Tickets may be registered via email to support@totsys.com or directly through the portal at http://support.totsys.com. These tickets will update you via email during each phase of the resolution process as well as being stored under your account for reference in the future. We'll also be adding new articles to the Knowledge Base as time goes on, so you can learn about the best ways to take advantage TSI software.
